The Château des Fines Roches is a 4-star hotel with its own gastronomic restaurant in Avignon, in Provence.
Run by a great chef, Hugo Loridan, all the dishes are cooked on site with fresh local products, and every day, the menus are prepared by the chef and his team. Hugo Loridan, a lover of gastronomic cuisine, attaches great importance to the quality of the products to ensure the best possible tasting experience for our customers.

The hotel also has a wine cellar, where local wines of excellence are carefully preserved, ready to be tasted.

The Château des Fines Roches welcomes you in its gastronomic restaurant to enjoy delicious meals in the large Tuscan-inspired room or on its magnificent panoramic terrace, which offers an incredible view of the surrounding countryside of Provence and the Châteauneuf du Pape vineyard.
Chef Hugo Loridan and his team have created four menus to be enjoyed alone or accompanied: the market menu, the gourmet menu, the tasting menu and the food and wine pairing menu.

All the products are fresh and local so that customers enjoy the best quality during its tastings.

Exceptional cuisine and wines

Native from Camargue, in Provence our Chef Hugo was quiclky attracted by kitchen thanks to his family. Hugo has gain, during his scolarship, an international vision of cooking thanks to different experiences in UK and Spain. This experiences helped him to learn different ways and technic which help him in his cooking.

He took experience from our previous Chef Nicolas Jay during 5 years by growing close to him. Nicolas Jay after passing through some very beautiful houses all over France: Taillevant and Faugeron in Paris, Le Fer Rouge in Colmar, Hiely Lucculus restaurant Avignon before becoming the Chef de cuisine of the Minister of Cooperation. Has learnt to him a savoir faire and cooking knowledges.

Our Chef, Hugo Loridan is a Disciple d'Escoffier. He also participated to different contests such has "Jeune Talents Maitres Restaurateurs"  also "Jeunes Talents Disciples d'Escoffiers" and recently "Rencontres Gourmandes" on which he makes a different by finishing on the top.
